July ran hot and unhurried. Sacha Leyendecker found Yoana Nikolova beside a Sicilian pool in Fresha, Eric J photographed Julia Slip at her rural summer house for Summer Dress, and Thomas Louvagny retreated behind the pink walls of a Marrakech courtyard with Christina Wilhelm.
The month also went to the edges. Matthieu Sonnet worked with Ksenia Lytvynova on the obsidian sand of Tenerife for Ksenia in Tenerife, and Nicolas Larriere closed a Parisian hotel room around Angélique Noir in Resperona, where velvet and possibility hung in the same air.
Two pieces stripped everything back. Alexander Izumov's Articute distilled Ornella Milos into monochrome, and Martial Lenoir's Revenir with Laure Surlerivage stood as the month's most considered work.
