August was industrial and coastal at once. Benedikt Ernst put Laure Surlerivage into a peeling, wire-strewn studio for Erato, while Laure Sevapore worked with Irina Lozovaya under a few placed spotlights in Proche de la Muse.
Outside, the light did the work. Dana Schöller returned to Spain with Irina Lozovaya for Zahara 2, Martial Lenoir found La Sy in unharvested French fields for Champs, and Matthieu Sonnet photographed Anna Nigriv among the dunes of southern France in Sunset Vibes. Rémi Martinez met Layana Devis on the volcanic rock of Tenerife for Eleganza.
The month's two calmest pieces framed it: Arthur Hubert Legrand's Paris Chérie, wind in untamed hair above a humming city, and Sacha Leyendecker's Finessa, morning gold on an Andalusian villa floor.
