Initially starting with horse photography Hannes Walendy soon switched to portrait and artistic nude photography. His aesthetic imagery is a combination of powerful feminine grace and captivating atmospheric settings.
Working exclusively with available light he highlights the natural beauty and intimacy of his models using the location , light and atmosphere to tell a story as it could actually happen.
During the shooting he gives the model as much freedom as possible to move and pose within the set and to use her personality to create pictures which leave a lasting impression.
Based in Munich, Germany, Hannes Walendy takes his pictures on site or on various shooting trips across Germany and Europe.
