I was introduced to photography at an early age, my mother was a model and my father was Terrance Donovan’s producer. I left school knowing I would work in the same industry. My first few years were spent assisting a number of photographers including Mario Testino. I worked in advertising, fashion and editorial and later studied at the London College of Printing.

In those formative years I learned the necessary technical skills but perhaps more importantly I discovered a passion for photographing people. I enjoy meeting new people, learning about them and building a connection to capture them for who they are.

My favoured genres are fashion, portraiture and more recently art nude in wild landscapes. The latter has become a project that has seen me travel around the world seeking out otherworldly locations that compliment or juxtapose the beauty of the human form.

When I am not taking pictures I am at home in my studio printing my work. I firmly believe photographs should be freed from their digital counterparts and ideally framed. My walls are lined with photographs and books by other photographers who inspire me.
